Sizing Error or Wrong Product
If a sizing error was made during the checkout process, or if the wrong product was ordered, we kindly ask that you reach out to us via email before the order has been dispatched. We are committed to resolving such issues to the best of our ability.


Received Incorrect Sizing
In the event that an order placed with incorrect sizing has been received and is not ideal for your pup to wear, we encourage you to contact us by email promptly. If the issue is brought to our attention within 5 days of receiving your package, we will offer an in-store credit to facilitate the resolution.
